I've been using the Pro version of OE Classic for over a year. It's simple, safe, and secure. One feature I find most helpful is the message rules capability. I have eliminated virtually ALL scam and junk mail from my Inbox. I highly recommend this program for those who still rely on email. Pay for the Pro version though to get all the features and great support.

For technical support, you should contact the authors at their website or using the built-in contact form in the Help - Contact menu. Not here. Authors provide fast support but not on third party websites such as this website.

This problem can be caused by "Windows Defender" because it scans files and that takes a lot of time. Tweaking Windows Defender options will make delete in the program instant (or much, much faster).
